Allsop Home & Garden Shipping Policy
We use USPS, FedEx and UPS Air and Ground for shipping. The shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of the products in your shopping cart.
Your order will ship within one to two business days and should arrive at your door in 7-10 business days, unless you choose expedited shipping. An e-mail will be sent to you to let you know when everything has shipped. Please accept our apologies as we do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
All orders are subject to verification of payment prior to shipment.
- Your shipping address must be in the United States of America. We are working to extend ordering internationally.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Sorry.
- We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses. You might want to ship to a friend or relative who can then forward your order.
- Next Day and 2nd Day shipping are not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
- We currently offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Free shipping is only valid for ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Please call 1-866-425-5767 if you live in Hawaii, Alaska or ship to a PO Box and would like us to use USPS to send your order.
