Allsop Returns Policy
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, call us and we will take care of it.
While we hope you're overjoyed with your purchase from Allsop, sometimes it just doesn't work out. So, as long as you have your original receipt you can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping. We'll cover the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, otherwise we require that you pay to send the product back to us.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that's returned more than 30 days after purchase.
- Any item that's not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.

Not to sound all official, but sometimes we gotta do what we gotta do. So, if you believe the normal use of an Allsop product has damaged the product it was designed to work with, let us know. If appropriate we may require you to ship the damaged hardware to us (We will provide a Return Authorization if this is necessary). If it is deemed that our product damaged your hardware and we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it and refund your shipping costs.
